Symbiance congratulates our Strategic Partner, Eisai, on the approval of Halaven (eribulin mesylate). Halaven has been approved to treat patients with metastatic breast cancer who have received at least two prior chemotherapy regimens for late-stage disease.  We are very proud to have contributed to the approval process and look forward to our continued "Relationship for Success" with Eisai.

Aestus Therapeutics has selected Symbiance to conduct the Phase II Protocol # ATX-1001 to evaluate the safety and analgesic activity of ATX08-001 when administered to subjects with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Symbiance is providing full services for the trial including project management, monitoring, data management, biostatistics and medical writing.  The trial is underway with the "first patient in" in January 2011 and study close-out in October 2011.
